OLC’s mission is to provide services and assistance for people/children with disabilities and their families who, because of the location (Franklin City, Windsor and the surrounding counties), have limited access to needed services. OLC strives to provide support, services, and events that will enhance the lives of people with disabilities and their families! OLC, not only wants to raise awareness around different disabilities but spread acceptance for all!
